I had been talking to Ramrod, the owner of Ch. Tramp and became friendly with him. Ramrod told me about a very good breeding he made with Ch. Tramp to his buddy, Tom B.'s gyp Missy, a 2xw, sired by Miller's Ch. Cobra, who won her second race over K. Gaines on what he thought was a sure "W." Ramrod, Miller and Tom B. were all good friends and they took a liking to me! I had not long before aquired some Jeep dogs from W.C.C. to start my Jeep line and decided I wanted some Tramp and Cobra blood in my line up.
I had a protege, C.P. (Capital Punishment Kennels) who I got to go in with me to purchase Troop, the pup from Tramp & Missy. I kept Troop and had him in class up until he was just under two years old and then I gave my portion of the ownership over to my friend and partner, C.P. who kept him until his passing. Troop was truly a good dog and I'm so happy C.P. followed my advice and now many years later after his death, we still have him on ice!
